Whoopeedee Do Dah! We are considerably chuffed to have the wonderfully entertaining Tugboat Captain back at the Fringe!
Describing themselves as ‘competent musicians’ we absolutely love this band: their on stage extravagant performance, their deliciously catchy melodies, and their splendidly random and upbeat songs! A joyful experience for all the family!
RUE (Slot 2)
Lovely to welcome back jazzy Cornish-based singer songwriter Rue and her band to the Fringe.
With comparisons to Erykah Badu and with a big online following, Rue draws upon influences from soul, jazz, RnB and pop — we love her irresistible chilled, smooth and funky sound.
Arrive in good time to see one of the region's brightest stars of the jazz scene.
Tandem (Slot 3)
Really thrilled to introduce Tandem: an exciting new folk rock band hailing from the Devon and Cornwall borderlands. Tandem is the musical creation of duo Jonathan Stafford and Daisy Mae who write and perform their own original dreamy spell-binding compositions.
Regular Fringe goers will recognise Jonathan as
the talismanic frontman of fav Fringe band Haunt the Woods!
For this performance they will be accompanied by their full band. 😍🤟🔥
