Great to finally have acoustic singer and song writer Bob Gallie along to the Fringe this year.

Originally from South Wales, Bob is well known on the live music and festival circuit for his passionate lyrics and emotional song writing.

With a long history around the music industry, his heart-felt performances and startling soaring vocals can leave his audiences floored.

Bob will be performing on the new intimate Clubhouse Stage on Wednesday 6 August.

Super stoked to have Brighton-based, indie-pop outfit Hutch along to the Fringe this summer.

Emerging from a lockdown project to become a staple of Brighton’s music scene; the 4 piece band has built a reputation for its infectious live shows and guitar pop brimming with 1960s-inspired psychedelic energy and a carefree charm - blending nostalgia with a modern twist.

Their music is upbeat, adventurous and whimsical, with dreamy, psychedelic undertones that create an enchanting, daydream-like feel. Each song is a journey in storytelling, oozing with personality and infused with fun, surreal imagery.

Cousin Kula

Considerably chuffed to have 5-piece Psych-pop-soul band @cousinkula down from Bristol town to join us at the Fringe Sessions this summer.

Carving out a celestial niche somewhere between psychedelic disco and jazz-tinged experimentalism, with more hooks than you can shake a stick at. Praised by The Guardian, Gilles Peterson, and CRACK, their critically acclaimed 2024 album Vitamin D captured our imaginations with their expansive creativity…

But for fans, Cousin Kula’s true magic is in their live show - an electrifying mix of meditative grooves and euphoric climaxes that wowed audiences across their near sold-out European tour. Alongside their original tracks, stunning covers have become crowd favorites; earning critical buzz for their ability to reinterpret modern classics with flair and a hefty dose of woozy harmonies and Kula’s signature groove.

Catch them now before the secret’s out.

Hannabiell & Midnight Blue

Great to have Hannabiell & Midnight Blue as finale act at Sidmouth Fringe!

Led by multi-instrumentalist and composer Hannabiell Sanders , Hannabiell & Midnight Blue is a dynamic 8-piece ensemble that blazes a trail through global music scenes with their Afro-psychedelic funk sound. This high-energy collective seamlessly blends African and Latin percussion, reggae, jazz, Afro-beat, funk, and dance music into a genre-defying celebration of rhythm and unity. The collective is a blend of talented players and composers who have joined forces to create music with themes of freedom, social justice, harmony, and collaboration.

Our festival scout described them as ‘the best new live band they’ve seen throughout the whole 2024 season’!

Nominated ‘Best Micro Festival’ and 'Grass Roots Award’ - UK Festival Awards 2024
